Direct.
Relational.
Personal.
The fastest and deepest path to change. Real conversations focused on helping you see what you cannot see on your own — and move through what has you stuck.
What this is.
This is not generic life coaching. It is not advice-giving from a distance. It is a relational, reflective process that assumes agency, responsibility, and a willingness to be honest with yourself.
I use the language of coaching and mentoring together intentionally. Some of what happens in our work together is forward-focused — helping you move, build momentum, and take effective action. Some of it is reflective — helping you understand the patterns, beliefs, and emotional structures that have been driving the life you're trying to change.
Both matter. Neither happens without the other.
The work always begins with an honest look at what's actually driving the stuckness — not what looks like the problem on the surface. Men who are stuck are almost never stuck for the reasons they initially think.
Men I work with.
Emotionally gridlocked husbands
Stuck in cycles of distance, resentment, or conflict. Trying harder hasn't worked.
High-capacity men feeling internally stuck
Competent and successful on the outside. Disconnected or empty on the inside.
Men during marital crisis
Marriage is at a breaking point. Clarity, not panic, is what's needed.
Purpose-collapsed men
The direction that used to work no longer holds. Something needs to fundamentally shift.
Emotionally reactive men
Relationships are suffering from patterns you've been unable to break.
Men facing fatherhood pressure
Feeling the weight of what your kids need that you weren't taught how to give.
What actually
changes.
When the internal foundations shift, everything built on top of them shifts too — marriages, fatherhood, direction, leadership.
Not because someone else was fixed. Because the man became steadier and clearer.
Real numbers.
No performance.
These figures reflect actual client relationships — men I have worked with directly, some for years. They are not marketing claims. They are what the data shows.
The average investment and relationship length are here because men deserve to know what they are stepping into — and what they are not. This is not a commodity. It is a relationship.
Numbers reflect current active clients and all historical coaching relationships. Updated daily. No identifying information is used or displayed.
Do you work with women?
My primary work is with men. That isn't a disregard for women — I hold them in the highest regard and esteem. It is a focus on a very specific mission. And that mission, by its nature, often touches the people closest to the men I work with.
The women I occasionally work with directly are almost always partners of men already in this work — women who are navigating the same terrain from the other side of the relationship. In those situations, I sometimes offer direct coaching support to help her develop her own clarity, groundedness, and capacity — not to manage the relationship, but to support her in her own interior work.
My wife Zelda and I also occasionally offer couple-to-couple mentoring, where both of us are present working alongside both of you. In my experience, this is one of the cleanest containers available for complex relational gridlock.
