My mission is to
cultivate men.
Men of freedom, wisdom, courage, and love who create the conditions for others to flourish — beginning with themselves.
My mission is to cultivate men of freedom, wisdom, courage, and love who create the conditions for others to flourish.
I believe every person has the capacity to cultivate life in the people and places they've been entrusted with. Yet too many of us spend our lives limited by fear, shame, resentment, self-protection, and the stories we've come to believe about ourselves and others. My work is about helping people untangle those invisible patterns, grow in freedom, and develop the character and capacity to become a life-giving presence in every relationship, every community, and every sphere of influence they touch.
Whether I'm coaching, writing, teaching, building technology, or even homesteading — everything I do serves the same passion: helping cultivate people who make flourishing more possible for everyone around them, beginning with myself.
Why I focus primarily on men
Women need freedom, wisdom, courage, and love every bit as much as men do, and I've been privileged to work with many remarkable women throughout my career.
But after decades of deeply honest conversations with individuals, couples, and families, I've become convinced that one of the greatest leverage points for helping people flourish is cultivating the men in their lives.
I've watched too many capable women find their growth constrained by men who lacked the freedom, emotional maturity, or relational capacity to walk beside them. Healthy relationships, families, and communities can only flourish to the extent that the people within them possess the capacity to cultivate them together.
That's why I focus primarily on men — not because they matter more, but because when men grow in freedom, wisdom, courage, and love, they create the conditions in which everyone around them has more room to flourish.
